Affecting Other - BG21 Radio Connection
This issue has been resolved.
Echo911 is aware of reported issues with BG21 radios failing to connect and/or disconnecting from the network today. We are working to investigate and resolve this issue at this time.
Update 7:29pm CST: This issue should be resolved. If you were having radio issues with a BG21 radio today. Please power cycle the radio and try now.
Update 5:25pm: The issue is tied to a change AT&T made, the last update from AT&T at 5:18pm (17:18) was
"We’re trying everything possible to have your devices working ASAP. Our team is prioritizing your account above all others affected."
Echo911 has seen some devices come back online, but there are still some devices AT&T is working to fix the incorrect data routing.
Again this issue is only affecting BG21 radios that are set to AT&T as priority for their connection.
